Abstract

The expected goal of mycorrhiza is to increase plant P uptake and the degree of infection (%) of roots in ultisol soil and P arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in various land cover to determine the effect of mycorrhizal uptake and phosphorus (P) on plants so that the influence of mycorrhizal degree and phosphorus (P) absorption by plants. This research was conducted from April 2023 to Juli 2023 on the land of the Faculty of Agriculture, University Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara . This design uses a Factorial Complete Randomized Design consisting of two factors. As the first factor T 1 Paspalu guenarum grass, T2 Rubber Plant Stand (Havea Brasiliensis Muell. Arg), T 3 Oil Palm (Elaeis guineensis jacq.), T 4 Maize Plants (Zea mays L), T5 Panicummaximum grass. The second factor is Mycorrhizal Application (M0), 10gr (M1), 20gr (M2), and 30gr (M3). The results of mycorrhizal research increased plant P uptake, and the degree of infection (%) of roots in ultisol soil Arbuscula Mycorrhizal Fungi (MVA) application at a dose of 30 gr / polybag showed the best results against the response of root infection degrees and plant phosphorus uptake
